1st EJ288 & Leaders Mtg Of 2009

Today, I went for EJ288 & Ldrs Meeting. Well, it was quite a refreshing time for me.

It started with Pst Eugene asking us to get in groups based on our last number of our nric and to sit together for the rest of the meeting. Pst Julie then started her sharing of the dismissal of her cousin and reminded us of the grace of God upon our lives. It is a reminder that we should not take life and God's grace for granted as if we still have tomorrow. In life sometimes things doesnt go the way we would want it to.

Pst Eugene then reminded us of the YNet plans for 2009 and the upcoming events that we have.The 1st Big event will be the G12 conference - Give Me The Multitudes and the 2nd upcoming will be the Ed Silvoso's MarketPlace seminar followed by the launch of Blessing Campaign and he challenged us to start to ask God for the Perfect 10 and the whole month of May will be our Blessing campaign but it does not stop there, the rest of the year will be our follow up time. Pst eugene also challenged us to set up prayer point in whichever market place we are in and the QQS Reloaded.

Followed after that Pst Rol led us in a time of prayer. The highlight for me was the time of prayer where the Lord really spoke to me in a very clear way. He convicted me of setting a prayer point in the market place and more than that He reminded and told me that I should share with the school on Christianity and what it is about in the Religious Awareness week and that I should show the movie, Passion Of The Christ where Jesus was whipped and suffered.

Wah..God is good, He is opening a way for me to be a blessing and I am going to act upon it. In the last 2 yrs in WGPS, the Lord has given me many favours and it is time to turn this favours into blessings and I want to be a blessing to the students that have been close to me. Indeed the Lord is good.

Now, awaiting what the Lord will show me as I continue following the direction the holy Spirit will tell me. :)
