Happening today

Today, 21 Jan 2006, is a cell group day! First went bishan with Mei Poh and Jeremy for walk and saw the uniqueness of God's creation, the haha crab with the shell painted with nicely colored pitures and patterns,such an interesting encounter.

Following that was open cell time, each open cell really serves as a challenge to me in how to bring the word of God across and lead worship with them. The songs I chose may not be familiar to them at all or they do not know the song etc.This week as expected the worship did not went on quite smooth but at least the teachings on The Greatest Commandment of God was kind of interesting to them but hope they really remember what they did today,that's more important to me that they understand and capture it into their hearts.

The joy of the day was the sprign clean of Melvin's place.It was an interesting experience of doing it.Though it is hard as to where to start with as it is in quite a dusty place haha but i think i enjoy just doing it and together with the 2 of them and fellow brothers. The joy also came with them wanting to do it as part of playing water as the utmost in mind.But I felt thrill, spring cleaning is an example of servant hood as far as I am concern and is a kind of service that we can offer not just to keep the place clean but a service to God as well.God is indeed good!
